| Background: |
On the last day of the China Caves Project 2001 expedition to Tian Xing, Qikeng Dong was descended to minus -70m. It was left going strong, and is well positioned to be one of the deepest caves in China.
In Houping on-going exploration has left numerous promising leads in a system with extremely varied caving. |
| Objectives: |
Rig, descend, and survey Qikeng Dong.
Continue exploration and and mapping in Houping, aiming to push the system into blank space. |
